He has more than 20 years’ experience managing claims and leading teams across SA, WA, ACT, NT & Tas. He has worked in both the fee for service and underwritten state environment and understands the importance of developing effective working relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome.

Shane will work in consultation with key stakeholders and your clients to identify strategic claims and injury management solutions that are targeted, cost effective, focussed on early intervention, return to work, and claims resolution.
