Paula is a motivated, organized and dedicated professional with over 17 years’ experience in the WA workers compensation industry across insurer, employer and vocational rehabilitation sectors.

Paula has recently become part of RTC business and is responsible for providing our clients with professional workers’ compensation claims management services and early intervention strategies. In addition to this Paula maintains a part time position in a State Workers Compensation Managers role in the health care industry which she’s undertaken for the last 10 years.

Paula is recognised for her high quality work ethic and ability to provide strategic claims management advice to achieve cost effective outcomes and claims resolution. With a strong understanding of the workers compensation legislation, claims and injury management Paula is a great asset to her clients and the RTC team.
