Kylie has over 14 years’ experience within the insurance industry. Commencing her insurance career with one of Australia’s leading insurers, Kylie worked in various divisions before discovering her niche when she moved into the Workers’ Compensation field. As a Case Manager, Kylie worked closely with employers to manage their claims from the beginning, helping their injured employees return to work and finalise their claims. Eventually Kylie transitioned into the Training and Development department where she trained newly appointed Case Managers as well as provide ongoing training and assessments for various staff within the Workers’ Compensation department.

 At RTC, Kylie continues to work closely with brokers, employers and insurers to ensure that accepted claims are progressing towards finalisation as quickly and low cost as possible, and disputed claims are being thoroughly investigated.
