Kieran has over 25 years’ insurance experience and particularly workers compensation, including 14 years in the WA market, working closely with brokers, customers and regulator, with strong relationships across industry.

Kieran’s expertise is in program reviews and underwriting, and he has a good understanding of pricing principles, technical underwriting, risk management and all the factors that can contribute to premium.  Kieran has extensive leadership and management experience across all Workers Compensation schemes, having worked with 2 large general insurers in Sydney as well as Perth, and, has worked in management roles across underwriting, as well as sales and account management.  Kieran’s approach is founded on listening and understanding customer needs and their concerns, employing a problem-solving approach through analysis and looking to provide customers with options for balanced and informed decisions.
