Jim has qualifications has over 50 years’ experience in the insurance industry specialising in workers compensation. Jim has previously worked for employers and insurers and in a number of workers compensation jurisdictions including WA, NT and Tasmania. With Jim’s wealth of experience he is able to leverage his depth of knowledge and leadership capabilities to deliver strategic claims management consulting services to RTC clients.

Jim’s main role within RTC lies with providing technical claims management services to assist clients with the management of disputed or long outstanding workers compensation claims to resolution. Jim having also worked for self-insurers Coles and the WA Police will provide RTC clients with technical expertise and work closely with RTC team around claims management strategies.
