Bruce is an experienced and respected claims professional in the Western Australian Workers’ compensation market with over 25 years’ experience. Bruce is responsible for providing our clients with professional claims management services.

Prior to joining RTC Bruce was a Client Manager for an international insurance broker in their People Risk consultancy area, but initially commenced his career working for insurance companies.

Bruce’s strengths include (but not limited to) providing technical and strategic claims management advice to clients and key stakeholders to achieve cost effective outcomes, relationship management, problem solving and disputes resolution with respect to all workers’ compensation claims issues.

Bruce is a valued resource to all clients and the RTC team.
